ma County Tax Collector's Office.  Greg and Terri will be telling us abou=
t the "new and improved" PCOR forms that will be coming out soon, and wil=
l be enlightening us all on the property tax re-assessment process amidst=
 the avalanche of requests for re-assessment by homeowners whose property=
 values are doing the limbo.  =0D=0A=0D=0AWe'll also be hearing from Cynt=
hia Long, Senior Vice President/Regional Counsel for Old Republic Title C=
ompany.  Cynthia will be giving us insight into escrow red flags we shoul=
d all be aware of in this present climate.=0D=0A=0D=0AAs if all that educ=
ation weren't enough of a lure, we'll also be having a Mad Hatter hat con=
test!  Toss off your March madness and celebrate the arrival of spring by=
 wearing your most glam/most crazy hat to the event.  You may win a fabul=
ous prize!  Prizes will be given for:  The most UNIQUE, most ELEGANT, the=
 UGLIEST, the most INDUSTRY RELATED, the BIGGEST and the FUNNIEST hats of=
